Goals For The New Year 2019


My Goals For 2019

  1. Write a blog post to be posted every week - I am also hoping to find some guest bloggers too!
  2. Stay hydrated.
  3. Make cucumber and celery juice every day.  If you are wondering why, check out Medical Medium.  I love him!
  4. Focus more on my personal shopper/assistant/life coach business/blog.
  5. Make more friends. Attend more activities where I may have contact with more like-minded people.
  6. Read a new book monthly.
  7. Use my phone less.
  8. Start working out again.
  9. This one is new!  Get certified in Integrative Medicine.  This one is super exciting for me!  I spoke with a friend about the possibility and the next thing I know, I get a flyer (that I almost threw away) in the mail with options.
  10. There is no 10th goal, but I had to have an even number...LOL!
